The post-purchase subscription welcome series focuses on three key themes: building excitement, managing your subscription (order tracking, adjustments to frequency, and customer service), and staying engaged with the subscription by signing up for rewards and rating your wines.

New Customer Acquisition

Holiday Campaign 2023

With gifting being one of the most important times in the Bright Cellars marketing calendar, it was important to create an impactful multi-channel campaign to drive gift orders. Utilizing a seasonal, secondary color palette and holiday motif I created campaign graphics across email, paid and organic social, ads, and our website to drive holiday gift sales.
